Pictou County Writers Group

I currently live on an acreage in River Philip, Cumberland County.  I hope to settle somewhere permanently soon.  Born on the prairies, up till age 18 I had never been more than a hundred miles from where I was born.  To make up for that I’ve moved 20 times in the last 24 years.  Some places I’ve lived include Prince George BC, Deer Lake NL, Ellensburg WA, and Hattiesburg MS.  I’ve driven across Canada and the US several times.  Put my husband through two university degrees.  I’ve had some short stories published and hope to one day write the next great Canadian novel and then sell the movie rights and retire to my garden.
